We import most of our ingredients to guarantee high quality  products.  They ensure that our beers are consistent and of the best quality available anywhere in the world.  None of our products contain any additives, colourants, flavourants or preservatives.  A typical, traditional beer should only contain malted barley, hops, yeast and water.  That’s it!  No maize, no rice, no additional CO2 or alcohol.  It’s the way beer has been made for thousands of years and we don’t believe you should change that winning formula.  Some styles do have additional ingredients (such as malted wheat to make wheat beer or roasted barley to make a stout), but these additives are also completely natural.

The initial mixture (wort) ferments for up to one week and is then left to condition for another week before it is bottled.  The beer is left for another month to mature in the bottle before it is distributed to certified retailers and restaurants for sale to the public.

Our naturally brewed beer will continue to mature and ripen so the flavour will enhance further and improve over time.  It reaches its peak three to six months after being bottled.  We recommend that you consume it within 12 months of bottling.
